Shay Whetstone

Nurse Practitioner

Shay Whetstone is a board-certified family nurse practitioner who provides comprehensive health management to all patients of all ages. With over 14 years of accumulated experience in the healthcare field as both a registered nurse and nurse practitioner, she believes in empowering patients in their healthcare decisions through preventative and regenerative functions. She believes in treating the trinity of health through a more holistic lens of body, mind and spirit. Her Faith in God and Country serves as the driving force in her approach to care within the community in that we should love thy neighbor as thyself.

As a native of Sheridan, Wyoming, Shay has always held the viewpoint of service before self and has made that evident by serving her country as a Nurse Corpse Officer in the United States Navy for over 14 years. With both active duty experience and as a reservist, she currently oversees the Operation Health Support Unit and is Detachment Director of the Northwest region of the Unites States. Shay has been deployed serving aboard the USNS Mercy Pacific Partnership in 2016 and actively recalled as part of the rapid response team in support of the COVID-19 Pandemic in NYC working primarily in the Bellevue Hospital ER and ICU setting.

With a great compassion for her local community, Shay is actively involved as a volunteer in teaching physical educational for Martin Luther Grammar School/Academy and assists in their yearly Father-Daughter Dance for the local community. She is also an active volunteer for Sheridan County Search and Rescue Team.

Cory Panak

Cory Panak began his career by proudly enlisting in the United States Army in 2003. In 2007 he exited active-duty status and joined the Oklahoma National Guard while attending college where he commissioned through University of Oklahoma ROTC and rejoined active-duty status in 2011 as a second lieutenant. He moved through various leadership positions and exited with the Army rank of Captain in 2015. During his time in service, he earned 19 medals and ribbons which include 6 Army Commendation Medals and earned his Expert Infantryman’s Badge and Combat Infantryman’s Badge. Cory also attended and graduated from the Army’s premier combat leadership school, Ranger School as well as Airborne, Air Assault, Sniper, Mountain Warfare, Infantry Mortar Leader, Combat Lifesaver and Eagle First Responder.

After his service, Cory joined a national manufacturing company as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt earning successive promotions from 2015-2022 resulting in leading multiple manufacturing facilities across 2 states as the Director of Manufacturing Operations.

In 2022 Cory moved his family back to his wife Holly’s hometown and opened Agape Health with Shay Whetstone.

Cory is married to his wife Holly (a Sheridan Wyoming native), and they reside in Sheridan with their children Riley, Cory, and Aaron. Cory received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Oklahoma, and in his free time enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time with family and friends.
